Coquitlam, BC
A full main-floor transformation in laminate: existing carpet and tile removed, subfloor levelled, and 2,250 sq ft of wide-plank laminate run continuously from the entry through the living, dining and hallway for a seamless sightline. We also built and finished the floating entry steps with concealed LED lighting, and matched trim and transitions throughout.

Cantilevered floating treads in engineered white oak, paired with a chevron (fishbone) pattern laid across each landing and the adjoining room. Every chevron point was dry-laid and mitred on site so the pattern runs true into the stair nosing, with glass railing tolerances held tight to the finished floor.
Surrey, BC
Herringbone white oak laid point-to-point with a solid brass inlay strip framing the room as a continuous border. Each block was cut and fitted to the trim line so the metal sits dead flush with the finished floor, and the pattern stays square through every doorway and transition.

Engineered white oak across 3,250 sq ft of a new-build home, including custom-milled stair treads, risers and landings that carry the same board and finish as the floors. Two full flights were built to suit the glass and metal railing package, with nosings scribed for a flush, clean edge on every step.
Metro Vancouver, BC
Finishing work beyond the floor: fluted oak slat panelling, a book-matched stone feature wall, and a sculpted white and wood slat accent wall — all built and scribed on site. We handle the millwork, panelling and trim details that frame a room, matched to the flooring tone so the finished space reads as one package.
Surrey, BC
A commercial fit-out for Pizza 64 at 64 Avenue and 132 Street: large-format porcelain tile floors set flat and level for heavy foot traffic, paired with fluted wood and slat wall panelling and a marble-look feature wall behind the service counter. Built around the trades schedule so the space could open on time. More photos coming soon.
