Saroya Flooring started with one van, one installer and a simple promise: show up when we say we will, and leave a floor worth talking about. Today, more than seven in ten of our jobs still come from a past client's recommendation.
Our story
A trade business run by tradespeople.
Founder Diljeet Singh Saroya spent years installing floors for other people's companies before starting his own. What frustrated him was never the work — it was watching clients get vague quotes, rotating crews and finishes rushed to hit a margin.
So Saroya Flooring was built differently. We keep our crews small and permanent, buy materials direct from Canadian and European mills, and quote every job after standing in the room rather than guessing from a floor plan.
Today we work across Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam and North Vancouver — heritage homes in Kitsilano, high-rise condos in Burnaby, new builds in Surrey, and commercial tenant improvements throughout the region.

Red-seal installers only
Every crew lead is a certified journeyman with a decade or more on Lower Mainland job sites. We don't hire day labour to finish your floor.
Clean sites, every day
Dust containment, floor protection on paths in and out, and a swept site each evening — because most of our clients live in the home while we work.
