A typical two-bedroom condo takes two days. A full 1,500–2,000 sq ft house is usually three to five days, including removal and subfloor prep. Tile and site-finished hardwood take longer because of cure times, and we give you a day-by-day schedule before we start.

Almost never. We work room by room, use dust containment and floor protection, and clean the site each evening. For whole-home sanding or site-applied finishes, we may recommend two nights away purely for comfort — we'll tell you upfront.

Regularly. We supply acoustic underlay with certified IIC/STC ratings, provide product documentation for council approval, carry the liability insurance limits most stratas require, and schedule within building move-in hours.

We stop, photograph it, and send you a priced repair option before doing anything. Rotten subfloor, past leaks and uneven concrete are common in older Lower Mainland homes — you'll always approve the cost before we proceed.

Yes — fully licensed in British Columbia, WorkSafeBC covered, and carrying $5 million in general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request before work begins.

A written workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer's warranty on the material itself (typically 15–30 years for residential wear). If something goes wrong, one phone call starts the fix.

Both work. We buy direct from Canadian and European mills and pass trade pricing on, which usually beats retail. If you've already purchased material, we'll happily install it — labour-only quotes are available.

Yes. We complete office tenant improvements, retail spaces and multi-unit builder packages, including overnight and weekend shifts to avoid disrupting operations.
